1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking of an Airport Service at any time.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of Airport Service booked and the timing of the cancellation. In particular, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be up to 100% of the booking value.

The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are clearly presented to the Customer before the completion of the booking.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take several business days to appear on the Customer’s account, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
