1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“you”, “your” or the “Customer”) and TransferMan Project (the “Platform”).
1.2. TransferMan Project is an independent project operated by Valeriia Demenina as an individual, residing in Luxembourg.
1.3. The Platform provides access to information and booking services related to airport services offered by third-party service providers.
1.4. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Platform may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
2.2. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Services
3.1. The Platform acts as an intermediary booking platform that enables Customers to request and purchase airport-related services (“Airport Services”) provided by independent third-party service providers (“Vendors”).
3.2. TransferMan Project does not itself operate airports and does not directly provide Airport Services. Vendors are solely responsible for the execution and delivery of the Airport Services.
3.3. TransferMan Project facilitates the booking process and processes payments on behalf of Vendors through third-party payment processors.
3.4. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the information presented on the Platform is accurate, TransferMan Project does not guarantee that Airport Services will be provided exactly as displayed, as the actual delivery depends on the Vendor.
3.5. Airport Services are subject to availability, airport regulations, and the rules of customs, immigration, airlines, and airport authorities. TransferMan Project shall not be responsible for decisions or actions taken by such authorities.
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1. Customers may place a booking by following the instructions on the Platform and providing the required information.
4.2. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. TransferMan Project does not store or process full payment card details on its own servers.
4.3. By submitting a booking, you authorize TransferMan Project to process the payment using your selected payment method. In some cases, a temporary authorization or hold may be placed on your payment method until the booking is confirmed.
4.4. Prices displayed on the Platform are payable in full at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions are presented before completion of payment and are governed by the Refund Policy.
4.5. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate.
5. Customer Obligations
5.1. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate booking and passenger information and for complying with all applicable rules of the Vendor, airport authorities, and applicable laws.
5.2. TransferMan Project shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Customer or failure to comply with applicable requirements.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific Airport Service and Vendor and are disclosed to the Customer prior to booking.
6.2. Cancellation fees may apply and, in some cases, may be up to 100% of the booking value, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
6.3. All refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7. Electronic Communications
7.1. By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from TransferMan Project electronically, including emails and messages related to your booking or use of the Platform.
8. Use of the Platform
8.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or interfere with its operation.
9. Modifications to the Platform
9.1. TransferMan Project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time.
9.2. Any bookings confirmed prior to such modification or suspension will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of TransferMan Project or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransferMan Project shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or the Airport Services.
11.2. TransferMan Project is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services provided by Vendors or other third parties.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.

13.1. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. TransferMan Project is not responsible for the content or practices of such websites.

Perks Terms
1. Introduction
1.1. These Perks & Promotions Terms (“Perks Terms”) govern the use of any promotional offers, discounts, bonuses, perks, or special conditions (“Perks”) provided on the TransferMan Project platform (the “Platform”).
1.2. TransferMan Project is an independent project operated by Valeriia Demenina as an individual, residing in Luxembourg.
1.3. These Perks Terms form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Perks Terms and the main Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Perks are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are eligible to use the Platform in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Perks may be limited to specific users, bookings, airports, services, dates, or promotional periods, as specified at the time the Perk is offered.
2.3. TransferMan Project reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke a Perk in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of the Platform’s policies.
3. Nature of Perks
3.1. Perks may include, without limitation:

3.2. Perks do not constitute a separate service and do not alter the nature of the Airport Services, which are provided by third-party vendors.
3.3. The availability and scope of Perks are subject to the availability, terms, and conditions of the relevant Airport Service and vendor.
4. Bookings and Payments with Perks
4.1. Perks apply only at the time of booking and only if properly displayed and confirmed before payment is completed.
4.2. Perks cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or applied retroactively to completed bookings unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3. Payments for bookings using Perks are processed through Stripe. TransferMan Project does not store payment card details on its servers.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Bookings made using Perks remain subject to the standard cancellation and refund rules described in the Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy.
5.2. If a booking made with a Perk is canceled and a refund is applicable:
- the refund amount may reflect the discounted or promotional price actually paid;
- the value of any applied Perk may not be refundable.
5.3. Cancellation fees may apply and, in some cases, may be up to 100% of the booking value, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
6. Misuse of Perks
6.1. Any attempt to misuse Perks, including but not limited to:
- creating multiple accounts;
- providing false information;
- attempting to combine Perks contrary to their terms,
may result in the cancellation of the Perk, booking, or access to the Platform.
6.2. TransferMan Project reserves the right to take appropriate action in such cases, including refusal of future Perks.
7. Modification or Termination of Perks
7.1. TransferMan Project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Perk or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.
7.2. Any Perk applied to a booking prior to its modification or discontinuation will be honored in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. TransferMan Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of Perks.
8.2. TransferMan Project is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors providing Airport Services in connection with any Perk.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Perks Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
